The Process:  Engineered for Excellence

Select Your Specs

Work directly with our team to choose a model that fits your lifestyle.  From the iconic Barrel to the architectural Jasper, we help you select the right model and heating system for your space and climate.

Handcrafted Build
 Made in Canada

Your sauna is built in our workshop using 1.5" thick Canadian Cedar.  Our "rugged" engineering means every piece is precision-cut for a tight fit.  We build them to stay hot and last for decades, not just a few seasons.

Ready for Fall / Winter

We handle the logistics to get your sauna home.  Our builds are designed for easy setup so you can be up and running quickly.  With fall slots filling up, we focus on getting your sanctuary ready before the first chilly weekend.

Choose from our Sauna Options:

True North Sauna Features and Health Benefits

premium western red cedar

Naturally rot-resistant and incredibly aromatic, our 1.5" thick kiln-dried cedar is selected for its ability to withstand the harshest Canadian winters.

PRECISION BALL-AND-SOCKET JOINERY

Our staves are milled to fit perfectly together, allowing the wood to breathe while maintaining a 100% airtight seal for maximum heat retention.

HIGH PERFORMANCE HEATING SYSTEMS

Whether you choose wood-burning or electric, our units are engineered to reach optimal temperatures faster and hold them longer, even in sub-zero conditions.

deep muscle recovery

The intense, penetrating heat increases blood circulation, delivering oxygen-rich blood to tired muscles and joints for faster recovery after a day on the water.

natURAL stress relief

A session in the sauna triggers the release of endorphins - the body's natural "feel-good" chemical-lowering cortisol levels and calming the nervous system.

cardiovascular conditioning

Regular use mimics the effects of light exercise by increasing your heart rate and improving vascular health, all while you relax and take in the view.
