Turning Your Backyard Into a Sanctuary
(In a Single Weekend)

Simple Selection: No Guesswork Required

The journey begins with choosing a design that fits your space. Whether you are looking for the classic aesthetic of a Barrel Sauna or the premium, architectural feel of a Cabin or a Jasper model, the ordering process is built for clarity.

Most of our units are designed for off-grid, wood-fired heating, meaning you don't have to worry about complex electrical trenching or hiring an electrician before you can even get started. You choose your model, pick your heater, and we handle the rest.  We also have electrical heater choices available if that is your preference.

The "Weekend Warrior" Build

Our saunas arrive as precision-engineered kits. You don’t need to be a master carpenter to put them together; if you can use a level and a cordless drill, you’re already overqualified.

Friday Afternoon: Clear a level spot in your yard (decking, crushed stone, or a concrete pad work perfectly).

Saturday: Follow the assembly guide. Most of our barrel and cabin kits use a "tongue and groove" interlocking log system that fits together like a puzzle. With a friend helping, the main structure is usually standing by lunchtime.

Sunday: Install the wood-burning stove, secure the roofing, and add those final interior touches.

Why It’s "Weekend-Proof"

The reason we say you can build this in a weekend is that we’ve already done the hard work for you in the shop. We’ve handled the complex angles, the venting holes, and the structural reinforcements.

By Sunday afternoon, the "work" is over. You aren't cleaning up a construction site; you're simply sweeping out a few wood shavings and stacking your first load of firewood. It is a streamlined transition from a DIY project to a lifetime of wellness.

The Anatomy of a Sauna Kit: From Crate to Contentment

One of the most common questions we get is, "What actually shows up at my house?" Many people expect a truckload of loose lumber and a confusing blueprint, but the reality is much more refined. Our kits are engineered specifically for the "DIY-er," arriving as a pre-cut, organized system designed to eliminate frustration.

What’s in the Box?

When your shipment arrives, it comes as a compact, weather-protected crate. Inside, you won’t find raw boards that need measuring and sawing. Instead, you’ll find:z

Precision-Milled Staves: Every wall component is already cut to length with interlocking edges (like a high-end puzzle) that snap into place to create a curved barrel or solid cabin wall.

Pre-Assembled Elements: To save you hours of work, we pre-assemble the heavy-lifting parts. The front and back walls (ends), the sturdy benches, and the heavy-duty door arrive ready to be set into position.

The Hardware Package: Every screw, bolt, and band is included.

Minimal Site Preparation

One of the biggest hurdles with traditional home additions is the foundation. However, our sauna kits are designed to be remarkably versatile. Since they are self-contained structures, you don't need to pour a massive concrete slab.

A simple base for a crushed gravel pad provides more than enough support. This means you can spend your Friday afternoon setting the foundation and be building the walls by Saturday morning or afternoon.

Designing for the "Backyard Oasis"

The ease of build also allows for more creativity in your landscaping. Because our models—from the compact Cabin to the spacious Jasper—feature such clean, natural aesthetics, they act as a focal point for your yard.

The Social Hub: Many owners place their sauna near a fire pit or a seating area, turning "sauna night" into a social event with friends.

The Private Nook: Thanks to the off-grid nature of wood-fired units, you can tuck your sauna into a wooded corner of your property for total privacy, creating a hidden escape that feels miles away from the house.

The "Off-Grid" Advantage

Choosing a wood-fired model removes the most expensive and time-consuming part of sauna installation: the utility hookup

There is no need to wait for a municipal inspector to approve a 220V line or for an electrician to dig a trench through your landscaping. By going wood-fired, you gain total independence.

You can place your sauna at the far edge of your property or deep in the woods, and it will function perfectly the moment the first match is struck.

The Science of the "Wood-Fired" High

There is a distinct difference between the heat from an electric element and the radiant warmth of a wood-fired stove. Wood-burning heaters, like the Cozy OG, provide a "soft" heat. Because the wood fire is encased in heavy steel or cast iron, the heat radiates more evenly, and the humidity is easier to control when you toss water on the stones.

Furthermore, the ritual is part of the therapy. Spending ten minutes splitting kindling and tending to the fire acts as a "pre-sauna" meditation. By the time the sauna is up to temperature, your mind has already begun to shift away from the day's stressors.
